Returns & Refunds Policy

At MadTymes.com, each item is made-to-order with care. Because of the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect, damage, or error with your order.

No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Change of mind

  • Accidental orders

  • Normal wear and tear

Please review all product details carefully before purchasing.

If There Is a Problem With Your Order

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.

You must contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item

Resolution Options

If your claim is approved, we will offer one of the following at our discretion:

  • Replacement item (preferred option), or

  • Full refund to the original payment method

You will not be required to return defective or incorrect items unless requested.

Shipping Damage

If your item was damaged during shipping, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will work quickly to replace the item.

Lost or Stolen Packages

MadTymes.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Order Errors

If you made an error when placing your order, please contact us within 30 minutes (see Cancellation Policy). After that time, changes may not be possible due to fast fulfillment.
