At MadTymes.com, we pride ourselves on fast processing and fulfillment so you receive your order as quickly as possible.

Because most orders are processed and fulfilled within 1 hour, cancellation requests must be made promptly.

Cancellation Window

Orders may be cancelled within 30 minutes of purchase.

After 30 minutes, your order may already be in production, packed, or shipped and can no longer be cancelled.

How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation within the 30-minute window, please contact us immediately:

• Email: support@madtimes.com

• Include your order number and the word “CANCEL” in the subject line.

Cancellation requests are processed in the order received. We cannot guarantee cancellation if your order has already entered fulfillment.

After Fulfillment

Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Return Policy for additional options if applicable.

Custom and Personalized Items

Custom, personalized, and made-to-order items may enter production immediately and may not be eligible for cancellation, even within the 30-minute window.
