At MADTYMES.COM, we offer FREE standard shipping within the U.S. on all orders.!

  • Standard orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after payment is received.
  • Custom orders may require additional processing time. Customers will receive an estimated fulfillment time upon order confirmation.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

We offer FREE U.S. shipping on all orders.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Depending on the size and weight of your order:

  • Smaller items (decals, single coaster sets, etc.) may ship in a rigid mailer via USPS First-Class Mail.

  • Larger or multi-item orders will ship via USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail.

Tracking is included on most parcel shipments. Some small flat items may ship without tracking to keep costs low and continue offering free shipping.

If you need upgraded or tracked shipping, please contact us before ordering.

Custom Orders & Delays

For custom orders, production times vary based on the complexity of the request. Estimated shipping times will be provided upon order confirmation. If any delays occur, we will notify you as soon as possible.

International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Stay tuned for future updates!

Lost or Delayed Shipments

While we strive for timely delivery, carrier delays may occasionally occur due to weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Smaller flat items may ship without tracking to keep shipping free. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days (U.S.), please contact us at support@madtymes.com and we’ll gladly assist you.

For tracked shipments, please use your tracking number to monitor delivery progress. If a tracked package shows delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend checking with household members and your local post office. If you still need help, contact us and we’ll work with you to find a solution.
